Private one-day desert tour to Erg Chigaga dunes. Starting from Zagora, you will explore the sand dunes of Erg Chigaga and the Draa Valley by 4WD with your private driver-guide.
It’s when you pass through the final village of Mhamid, also known as the desert gate, that your adventure really begins. Upon your arrival at Chigaga dunes you will take a camel ride, explore the dunes on foot, have lunch on site in a traditional Bedouin camp before returning to the Draa Valley. There you will visit the village of Tamgrout, famous for the manufacture of Draa Valley pottery, as well as a Koranic library and a historic kasbah. Arrival back in Zagora in the evening.
