1. Reservation & Booking Confirmation

To officially secure your journey, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required. This commitment enables Morocco Tour Travel Authenticity to guarantee your private transportation, licensed guides, hand-picked accommodations, and all specialized logistics.

2. Financial Settlement & Payment Terms

  • Deposit: The 30% deposit is payable via secure International Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Western Union.
  • Balance (70%): The remaining balance must be settled at your arrival in Morocco.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash payments in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), payable directly to your driver.
  • Payment on Arrival: You may pay the balance on the first day of your trip. Note: For payments made on-site, we can only accept cash (Euros, US Dollars, or Moroccan Dirhams)
  • Finality: Please note that once the Tour has commenced, the total amount is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.

3. Mandatory Comprehensive Travel Insurance

The safety and well-being of our guests are our highest priorities. Please note that our tour packages do not include personal insurance. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain a comprehensive policy covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and luggage loss to ensure a worry-free experience. It is a strict condition of booking that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance in their country of residence before departure. Your policy must include:

  • Medical Coverage: Full emergency and hospitalization expenses.
  • Trip Cancellation: Protection against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
  • Repatriation Assistance: Emergency transport to your home country.
  • Luggage & Personal Effects: Coverage for loss, theft, or damage.
  • Adventure Activities: Specific coverage for outdoor activities.

4. Exclusions: Not Included in the Tour Price

For total clarity and transparency, the following items are not included in the tour cost and remain the sole responsibility of the client:

  • International airfare to and from Morocco.
  • Personal, medical, and cancellation insurance.
  • Beverages (bottled mineral water and personal drinks).
  • Entrance fees to historical monuments, museums, and cultural sites.
  • Gratuities (tips) for drivers, guides, and camel handlers.

5. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Our policy is designed to protect both our travelers and our local service partners. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email:

  • 5+ Weeks Notice: 100% Refund of deposit (minus bank/transaction fees).
  • 2 to 4 Weeks Notice: 50% Refund of deposit.
  • Less than 2 Weeks Notice: The deposit is non-refundable as logistical arrangements and hotel blocks are finalized.
  • Modifications: We accommodate itinerary adjustments up to 15 days before departure. Price increases (e.g., extra person or hotel upgrades) will be billed as a difference.
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point results in total forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Operational Responsibility & Force Majeure

Morocco Tour Travel is dedicated to delivering every itinerary with the highest level of professionalism. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including flight delays, road closures, governmental restrictions, or extreme weather conditions. While our transport vehicles are fully insured under Moroccan law for road travel, your personal insurance remains essential for all other aspects of your stay.

7. Itinerary Integrity & Guest Conduct

  • Safety Adjustments: In rare cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary. We will always provide an alternative of comparable quality. Modifications resulting from force majeure do not entitle the client to a refund.
  • Cultural Respect: We kindly request that all travelers respect local customs, cultural norms, and regulations.
  • Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables. The company declines all liability for loss, theft, or damage to items left unattended in vehicles or accommodations.
