A Week in Marrakech
Marrakech, the famous Red City, invites you to wonder and discovery. Over the course of a week, you’ll have the chance to dive deep into its vibrant soul, where ancient traditions blend with dynamic modern life. Wander through the labyrinthine Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where every alley hides treasures: passionate artisans, colorful markets, and majestic palaces. Jemaa el-Fna square, a true open-air stage, captivates with storytellers, musicians, and snake charmers, offering a lively spectacle at any hour. This cultural immersion is complemented by outdoor adventures like camel rides in the palm groves, quad biking excursions, and exploring the wild landscapes of the Agafay desert and the Ourika Valley.
Relaxation, Thrills, and Authentic Flavors
Beyond the urban bustle, Marrakech invites you to moments of relaxation and well-being. The traditional hammam ritual followed by a soothing massage immerses you in serenity, far from daily stress. For a spectacular experience, take a hot air balloon flight at sunrise or sunset for breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and surroundings. Each evening can end with dinner at Ali’s, where Moroccan cuisine shines in a warm setting, enlivened by traditional entertainment and a convivial atmosphere. In seven days, you’ll discover a Marrakech of many facets — scented with spices, graced by varied landscapes, warmed by genuine smiles, and filled with unforgettable experiences that will stay with you long after your departure.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your riad in Marrakech’s old town. The program can be adjusted depending on your arrival time.
After breakfast, your local guide will accompany you to discover the Medina’s cultural and historical sites. Founded in the 12th century by the Almoravid dynasty, you will visit the Saadian Tombs, Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, and the souks.
Early morning transfer to the balloon launch site, with tea/coffee and croissants during preparations. Enjoy a traditional breakfast under a Berber tent after the flight. Then a camel ride through the palm groves, followed by a short 4x4 tour in the area. Overnight at the hotel.
Full-day trip to the Ourika Valley, crossing the High Atlas Mountains and visiting Berber villages along the way. End with a visit to the Ourika waterfalls. Lunch in the valley before returning to Marrakech in the afternoon.
Depart for the Agafay Desert for an hour quad biking adventure. Lunch at the bivouac and enjoy the sunset from a nearby hill. Overnight in a tent in the desert.
After breakfast, return to the hotel to prepare for a traditional Moroccan hammam followed by a massage. Relax in the afternoon before heading to Ali’s for dinner with traditional Fantasia entertainment. Return to the hotel afterward.
Free time before transfer to the airport. End of services.
